Melissa McCarthy first charmed us all by playing the adorable Sookie St. James on teen drama Gilmore Girls. She landed her first leading role as Molly in the sitcom Mike & Molly. Her biggest exposure was certainly her role as Megan Price in 2011’s Bridesmaids, which garnered her much attention and awards, leading to many other leading roles in films.

Chris Pratt was long cast as the lovable supporting character, from hit show Parks and Recreation to films The Five Year Engagement, Moneyball, Zero Dark Thirty, and Wanted. However, after being cast in a leading role in the Guardians of the Galaxy film, Pratt had to get in insane shape and ended up losing six pounds in just 6 months.
